For overseas clients, Bevan & Co. transformed a charming 1955 ranch into a warm, functional, and family-friendly rental—seamlessly blending comfort, practicality, and elevated design. The scope included a full kitchen and bath renovation, refinished hardwood floors, updated lighting throughout, and complete staging for real estate marketing.

To reimagine the original galley kitchen—once narrow and dim—Bevan & Co. removed the wall separating it from the living room, dramatically opening the space. A custom center island was added, featuring generous storage and a sleek convection cooktop. Additional storage solutions were integrated with bespoke cabinetry and a built-in beverage center complete with wine fridge, ideal for hosting.

The shared bathroom, which also serves as the guest powder room, was redefined with bold, design-forward touches. Statement wallpaper, sculptural lighting, and a distinctive mirror to elevate the space, while a custom vanity offers ample concealed storage—balancing aesthetics with everyday function.
